On the occasion of “World Migratory Bird Day 2022”, the ENVIS Resource Partner on Avian Ecology at the Bombay Natural History Society (BNHS-ENVIS) is organizing an online webinar.
 
Every year the world migratory bird day (14th May 2022) is celebrated to spread awareness about the bird migration and the studies done by scientists all over the world. The theme for 2022 is light pollution. The webinar will focus on introducing the audience to the effect of light pollution on migratory birds and also give detailed information on the migratory bird studies conducted in Sri Lanka.
 
Topic: Soaring over the cities, across the Central Asian Flyway; Sri Lanka brings unknown migratory stories into the light.
