August 1st to August 15th was celebrated as ‘Swachhta Pakhwada’ as per directed by MoEFCC. The Ganesh Utsav is about to begin, it is required to spread awareness about the cleanliness in the festive time.
ENVIS team has prepared a booklet explaining about the ways by which one can minimise the pollution and make the festival more eco-friendly and clean. The booklet includes different types of eco-friendly Ganesh idols, ways to recycle and reuse the material used during the festival and many other ways to celebrate clean festival.
We have started circulating this booklet in the nearby residential area to Promote ‘Swachh Ustav’ for household Ganesh Festival. We have uploaded the booklet on our facebook page.
