Photography Competition Result : Cheetah reintroduction program

PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION RESULT

 

The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), New Delhi organised a photography competition with regard to the “Reintroduction of Cheetah” in India. The event was conducted from the 10th-14th September 2022 and advertised through different social media platforms. The aim of this competition was to celebrate the first international reintroduction programme in India and one of its kind in the world by giving the citizens of the country to photograph the wildlife and generate awareness. It was a pan India event and a total of 506 responses were received which were categorised into three groups- Group A (5th-8th std students), Group B (9th-12th std students), and Group C (higher education students and general public). Instructions were clearly mentioned on the http://bnhsenvis.nic.in/ website. The theme set for this competition was “Wildlife in their habitat”. following entries have been selected  as the winners:
